
Director Service Industries
Your role
As the Director, Service Industries, you will lead the delivery of critical internal services that underpin safe, efficient and high‑quality operations across NSW correctional centres. You will oversee statewide food services, textiles, laundry, logistics, buy‑ups and associated commercial operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards while driving cost‑effectiveness, capability and continuous improvement. Your leadership will shape how core services support custodial operations, deliver inmate employment and training opportunities, and contribute to broader rehabilitation and reintegration outcomes.

Corrective Services NSW delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce reoffending and create safer communities. We manage inmates in custody and supervise offenders in the community, working closely with courts, releasing authorities and partner agencies to support rehabilitation, reintegration and community safety.
