
Group Director Capability and Delivery
Your role
As the Group Director, Capability & Delivery, you will lead the uplift of organisational capability across Corrective Services NSW by shaping performance reporting, strengthening governance, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of offender programs, workforce training and strategic initiatives. You will drive the systems, insights and standards that underpin operational excellence, providing authoritative advice to senior leadership and ensuring CSNSW is equipped with an engaged, capable and future‑ready workforce. Your leadership will directly influence service quality, practice consistency and the organisation’s ability to achieve key outcomes in safety, rehabilitation and community confidence.

What we’re looking for
We do work that really matters
Corrective Services NSW delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce reoffending and create safer communities. We manage inmates in custody and supervise offenders in the community, working closely with courts, releasing authorities and partner agencies to support rehabilitation, reintegration and community safety.
