
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Branch Manager-Outbound to lead and support the branch’s sales and service teams. The role involves driving business growth through CASA, third-party products, and asset sales, while ensuring high levels of customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a blend of sales and service orientation, and the ability to motivate and manage front-office staff effectively.
Lead a team of outbound bankers
Drive sales of CASA, third-party products (TPP), and asset products through the team
Ensure consistent customer coverage, engagement, and retention
Monitor and enhance team productivity across assigned channels
Foster a culture of service excellence and customer-centricity
Support team members in achieving individual and branch-level business goals
Strong leadership skills, blend of sales and service orientation, ability to motivate and manage front-office staff effectively.
