Key Responsibilities:|
● Lead and manage a high-performing sales team driving monthly and quarterly targets along with Individual targets.
● Use data to drive strategy – from funnel health to pitch quality.
● Monitor team health and keep motivation levels high.
● Own the revenue number and forecast accurately.
● Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Persona: ● 3+ years of proven B2C consultative sales experience in the Study Abroad or EdTech domain.
● Hands-on with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
● Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
● Ambitious, self-driven, and resilient
● Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
