- Graduation or post-graduation in commerce or accounting with Minimum 3-4 years of Procurement experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Voice resource)
- Hands on Experience on PO Tracking & Follow-Up
- Hands on experience working in US clients
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate regularly with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
- Escalate delays or discrepancies to procurement managers or relevant departments.
- Understands the need for confidentiality
- Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Word Doc, Outlook
- Shift : 4:00 pm to 1am IST
