OPSWAT is a global leader in cybersecurity focused on critical infrastructure protection. The Solution Engineer Manager will lead a team of SE professionals, guiding them in customer engagements, ensuring high-impact demos, and collaborating with cross-functional groups to improve SE operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with peer leaders, account teams, and partners to grow OPSWAT business
- Assist SEs in managing customer requirements, expectations, and solution buy-in
- Ensure SEs are maintaining and delivering high-impact demos
- Enforce accountability within CRM tools for POVs
- Nurture partner relationships and their technical understanding of OPSWAT
- Speak at conferences and seminars
- Lead workstreams with cross-functional groups that improve efficiency of SE operations
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in cybersecurity or networking technical sales
- Experience in OT security is a plus
- A history of developing new and expansion business with customers
- Comfort in leading discussions with all customer levels (C-level to admin)
- Strong presentation and demo skills
- Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise applications
- Problem-solving abilities; skilled at identifying and resolving customer pain points
