Production Engineer

PRI Global is seeking a Production Engineer IV to provide advanced technical support for developers working on Horizon OS and Horizon Worlds. The role involves debugging complex issues, improving support workflows, and creating documentation to enhance knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for developers building on Horizon OS and Horizon Worlds
• Handle second- and third-level escalations of complex developer issues
• Debug code, investigate technical issues, and identify root causes
• Communicate technical solutions and workarounds clearly to developers and internal teams
• Maintain deep expertise in developer tools, APIs, and platform capabilities
• Improve developer support workflows through automation and process optimization
• Track KPIs and support metrics to improve support operations
• Create documentation, runbooks, and training materials to improve knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in software development or developer operations
• Strong debugging and code analysis skills
• Experience working in live operations / fast-paced environments
• Experience managing ticket escalations and developer support workflows
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
