- Triage, investigate, and manage operational tickets in Jira, ensuring accurate documentation and handoff between shifts
- Execute approved operational actions (manual or automated) in accordance with security, change-control, and compliance constraints
- Learn and support Forescout products and services deployed in cloud environments, with an emphasis on federal (FedRAMP) customer deployments
- Provide technical product support for external federal customers, including troubleshooting, issue analysis, and coordination with engineering or product teams
- Participate in customer-impacting incident resolution, ensuring timely communication, clear status updates, and documented outcomes
- Support product-related operational tasks such as tenant health, configuration validation, log visibility issues, and service behavior in production environments
- Act as an operational support partner for internal customers, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and account teams
- Assist internal teams with cloud-related and product-related requests, investigations, and customer escalations across both commercial and federal environments
- Collaborate closely with Cloud Architecture, DevOps, Security, Compliance, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and improve operational readiness
- Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of runbooks, operational documentation, and support workflows to reduce tribal knowledge and improve consistency
- Operate within FedRAMP/FastRAMP boundaries, adhering to access controls, audit requirements, and security procedures
- Participate in on-call or after-hours coverage as required to support production workloads and customer-impacting events

- Prior exposure to customer-facing support, escalation management, or technical account support
- Familiarity with Kubernetes operations, monitoring/alerting systems, and operational tooling
- Experience working with Sales, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success teams to support customer deployments or issues
- Relevant certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure Architect, ITIL, CKA/CKAD) are a plus but not required
