Contribute to maintain high availability, 100% Application uptime and stable user experience under heavy load conditions in 24X7 Cloud Environment as per SLA.
Solve complex customer problems and ask insightful questions that get to the root cause of the customer’s problem.
Take ownership and generate solutions using product knowledge to support the availability of production and non-production environments for the team members including development, project, and test.
Ensure all support requests and incidents are handled promptly within a predefined SLA.
Support and configure monitoring tools to provide early visibility to the business of compliance to performance, availability, and incident SLA's.
Prepare knowledge articles to expand existing KB resources within the team.
Spend time learning new technology, features, and solutions which will help in understanding the AWS system and debug customer issues.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in providing technical support in a Production Setup.
2+ years of hands-on experience in providing application support and troubleshooting application issues running on Java.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Linux/Unix Operating systems.
Working knowledge of day-to-day Linux/Unix command-line utilities like grep, sed, awk, top, etc
Working experience in writing SQL queries and/or knowledge of Relational databases like – MySQL, and/or Oracle.
Good to have experience in supporting applications deployed in Cloud (AWS).
BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/Computer Science Graduate with 60% and above aggregate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to work in Shifts, Holidays and be a part of 24/7 On-Call rotational 365 days a year basis.
