Virtelligence is a premier IT Consulting and Staffing Services provider seeking a dynamic National IT Account Executive to join their Business Development team. This role focuses on managing executive-level relationships with large and mid-sized Health Systems across the US to drive business growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Healthcare IT sector. Develop and execute strategies to secure new client logos and expand existing accounts
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within targeted organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through a combination of direct outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by closing high-value deals
- Collaborate with internal Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client demands and drive business success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in selling to IT clients is highly desirable
- Strong ability to establish and grow relationships with mid-level to C-suite executives
- Proven experience in navigating complex sales cycles and closing deals
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for securing new business
- Demonstrated success in winning new clients and expanding existing relationships
