All Points Logistics is seeking a Project Manager to support the Cloud Services Office. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing cloud services activities across various teams while ensuring that initiatives are managed effectively and communicated clearly to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage cloud services initiatives including consolidation, modernization, onboarding, and service improvements
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies for cloud-related efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud engineering, operations, security, architecture, FinOps, and customer stakeholders
- Track and manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, and assumptions (RAID)
- Ensure project activities comply with cloud standards, security requirements, and approved architecture
- Support transition planning from project delivery into steady-state cloud operations
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices across the Cloud Services Office
- Prepare reports, deliver presentations, and participate in meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Direct the completion of tasks within established timeframes and budget constraints
- Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and establish scope of authority
Requirements:
- US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience managing IT or cloud-related projects in an enterprise environment
- Experience managing IT or cloud-related projects in an enterprise environment
- Strong project planning, execution, and coordination skills
- Experience supporting transformation, modernization, or migration initiatives
- Familiarity with NASA Procedural Requirements and NASA Policy Directives related to project and risk management
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with cloud service delivery models
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Public Trust / NACI background investigation required
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain federal public trust suitability
- Experience supporting cloud service organizations or enterprise shared services teams
- Experience managing cloud consolidation, migration, or modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., federal, FISMA)
- Knowledge of IT governance, change management, and architecture review processes
- Experience working within Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall, or SAFe delivery environments
