The Business Development Representative & Account Executive role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and managing a pipeline of opportunities to support sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Executing targeted outreach
- Supporting the sales pipeline for solution-driven client partnerships
- Actively managing and closing a pipeline of smaller, pre-defined opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, in enterprise sales motion companies
- Proven ability to secure meetings with executives and decision-makers and navigate the full sales process
- Strong Communication and Sales skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo)
- Prior experience working with (or selling to) brokers, TPAs, health plans, or self-funded employers is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- D1/D2 athlete or competitive musician
