The Lead Business Operations Analyst for EDPlan Innovations will support EDPlan Health Nursing and Mental Behavioral Health modules, providing Tier 2 support, conducting analysis, and collaborating with various teams to enhance business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provides Tier 2 support via Zendesk helpdesk
- Collaborate with Client Success Partner and Technical Business Analyst to develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations
- Communicates with other departments as necessary; implements best practices both internal and external
- Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis for Health module EHR analytics using Business Objects or other similar tools
- Ability to work with clients and support data integration efforts with the goal of automation
- Presents findings to team members and clients regarding system reporting and functionality
- Performs special projects independently upon request or in support of independent initiatives

- Expertise or ability to independently learn a variety of EDPlan concepts, practices, and procedures
