Chasepro Talent is seeking a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to support the Enterprise Sales team in the AMER region. This role focuses on building and executing targeted marketing strategies for high-value enterprise accounts to generate pipeline opportunities and strengthen engagement with decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop account-based marketing strategies for targeted enterprise accounts
- Provide insights and recommendations to AEs and SDRs to improve engagement and pipeline generation
- Use account and contact-level data to guide campaign decisions
- Plan and execute 1:Few omni-channel ABM campaigns designed to engage decision-makers and influence buying committees
- Plan and execute in-person events, virtual events, executive roundtables, and hospitality events designed to close pipeline gaps and strengthen relationships with enterprise prospects
- Work closely with Enterprise Sales Teams, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing Managers, Global Demand Generation teams, and Brand and events teams
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Share insights, challenges, and outcomes with leadership
- Use data to optimize campaign strategy and improve revenue impact
Requirements:
- 7+ years of overall marketing experience
- At least 3+ years of experience specifically in Account-Based Marketing
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Demandbase, Folloze, TechTarget Priority Engine
- Experience launching campaigns through LinkedIn
- Experience creating personalized landing pages using tools such as Marketo, Highspot, Folloze
- Strong collaboration with enterprise sales teams
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing stakeholders such as product marketing, brand, demand generation, and events teams
- Strong vendor management and relationship management skills
- Proven experience executing and measuring 1:1 and 1:Few ABM campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience partnering with Enterprise Sales teams to generate pipeline and accelerate deals in the AMER region
