Project Manager - ERP Systems

WorkGenius Group is a company in the retail industry, and they are seeking a Project Manager for ERP Systems. The role involves managing all phases of ERP-related projects, serving as the primary liaison between IT and business teams, and supporting change management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of ERP-related projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project charters, work breakdown structures, project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and lessons learned documentation
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business teams, and project stakeholders
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early and work with teams to resolve them
• Support and lead change management initiatives in partnership with program teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience building and leading project teams
• Experience working with structured project management methodologies
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
