Principal Business Analyst - Remote

Providence Health & Services is one of the nation's leading non-profit healthcare systems, and they are seeking a Principal Business Analyst to serve as a lead resource for reporting, planning, and analysis within Health Plan Operations. This role drives complex business initiatives that enhance operational performance and supports strategic decision-making across multiple functional areas.

• Serves as a lead resource for reporting, planning, and analysis within Health Plan Operations
• Drives complex business and enterprise initiatives that enhance operational performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Combines advanced analytical skills with strong business acumen to influence strategic decision-making and support operational excellence across multiple functional areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 8 years Healthcare Business Analysis or related field specific to business analysis
• 8 years utilization of reporting and analytic tools and techniques
• Proven experience in leading cross function teams, coordinating resources, setting timelines and deliverables for successful completion of project work
• 3 years proven experience in a Senior or Principal Business Analyst role
• Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
