Automation Engineer/chemical

Amerapex Corporation is a Houston, TX-based technology, engineering, and industrial services company known for its technical expertise. They are seeking an Automation Engineer specializing in chemical processes to design, develop, and deploy process control systems, ensuring optimal automation and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and deployment of process control systems
• Troubleshooting system issues
• Managing and improving existing automation and robotics solutions
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance industrial operations and efficiencies

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical systems
• Strong knowledge of Process Control systems and methodologies
• Experience in Electrical Engineering and its application in industrial projects
• Expertise in Automation and Robotics technologies and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Experience in industrial or chemical processes is a plus
