They are seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to meet business growth objectives.

Requirements:
- Business Development or Sales expertise, with a focus on relationship-building, prospecting, and driving growth
- Experience in Sustainability Practices, Zero Waste Initiatives, Recycling, and Industrial Waste Programs
- Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and the ability to identify new opportunities in environmental solutions
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective client engagement and internal collaboration
- Proficiency in presenting solutions and negotiating contracts
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-motivation and organizational skills
- Travel up to 50-75%
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
- Experience in environmental services or waste management industry is a plus
