The role involves identifying market opportunities, conducting technical consultations, managing revenue, and engaging stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and capture market opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge of tank cleaning, hot oiling, and specialized field services
- Conduct on-site facility assessments to develop comprehensive project scopes, ensuring all technical and safety specifications are met
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation to meet or exceed annual growth targets
- Act as the primary liaison between client representatives and our internal operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for service line expansion
Requirements:
- 5+ years in industrial sales, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
- Proficiency with industrial field services
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering formal presentations to executive leadership
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, safety data sheets, and complex RFP (Request for Proposal) documents
