VRIZE is a Global Digital & Data Engineering company seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with expertise in retail digital commerce platforms. The role is responsible for driving product strategy and execution for digital commerce capabilities, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and aligning with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key retail digital commerce capabilities, aligning initiatives with business objectives, customer experience goals, and digital commerce strategy
- Lead product initiatives related to marketplace integrations, product feed management, and product data flows across catalog systems, marketplaces, inventory platforms, and digital storefronts
- Drive enhancements to Product Detail Page (PDP) experiences, product discovery, and digital merchandising to improve product presentation, engagement, and conversion
- Support personalized merchandising and AI-driven product experiences, including integration and optimization of third-party recommendation platforms (e.g., Stylitics)
- Partner with business, merchandising, engineering, and data teams to align requirements, facilitate product discovery, and coordinate execution across stakeholders
- Translate strategic initiatives into product requirements, epics, and user stories while working with Agile engineering teams to deliver product capabilities
- Define and monitor product KPIs, using analytics and data insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve discoverability, customer experience, and conversion
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Product Management within retail or digital commerce
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital product strategy and roadmaps in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of retail eCommerce ecosystems, including product catalogs, merchandising, and product discovery
- Experience with marketplace integrations, product feed management, and product data flows across catalog and storefront systems
- Expertise in Product Detail Page (PDP) optimization and digital merchandising
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and modern digital commerce platforms
- Experience with third-party merchandising or recommendation platforms
- Experience with AI-driven product recommendations or personalization platforms
- Knowledge of retail marketplace ecosystems and third-party commerce integrations
- Experience supporting large-scale retail digital transformation initiatives
