Oh! Love Ya Dawn Company is a unique organization focused on creating heart-centered products and experiences. They are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate product launches, ensuring that projects are executed clearly and collaboratively from kickoff to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned product launch projects
- Build clear project plans with defined milestones, owners, and deadlines
- Coordinate cross-functional contributors to ensure alignment and forward motion
- Monitor progress and proactively address risks or delays
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations across creative, operations, marketing, sales, and Foundation stakeholders
- Bring the right voices into conversations at the right time
- Support realistic workload planning in collaboration with the Director of PMO
- Maintain up-to-date status tracking and reporting
- Provide regular progress updates to PMO leadership
- Ensure that decisions, changes, and dependencies are documented and communicated clearly
- Contribute to refining PMO systems, tools, and workflows
- Identify patterns or friction points across launches and suggest thoughtful improvements
- Help build repeatable rhythms for future product initiatives

- Experience in early-stage or startup environments
- Exposure to lifestyle brands, CPG, apparel, or coffee
- Familiarity with launch calendars or go-to-market coordination
- Experience working within a PMO structure
