Gandiv Insights LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive Loyalty domain across stores and digital experiences. The role involves end-to-end ownership of loyalty programs and requires expertise in product management, agile development, and AI solutions for product process automation.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Product Management for e-commerce, retail, transaction-based, or similar environments — with multiple product launches and roadmap ownership
- Prior product experience focused on Loyalty programs is strongly preferred
- Curiosity and a drive to find answers through research, analysis, and real-world testing
- Expert in agile development processes; proficient with Jira for sprint management, user stories, features, bugs, and acceptance criteria
- Experience using AI solutions for Product Process automation and/or within product solutions
- Strong technical understanding of core internet technologies, PaaS, APIs, and Web Services
- Loyalty Domain Expertise: End-to-end ownership of a Loyalty or rewards program (Beauty Insider-type) is the strongest differentiator for this role
- AI in Product: Hands-on use of AI tools in product process automation or embedded within product solutions — essential given Sephora's AI-native direction
- Data & Metrics Orientation: Candidates must demonstrate metric-driven decision-making across the full product lifecycle — from discovery through post-launch analysis
- Agile / Jira Fluency: Deep familiarity with sprint management, user story writing, and backlog grooming in Jira
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Track record leading diverse teams — engineering, design, and business — through ambiguity to shipped product
- Web + Mobile Product Delivery: Proven experience launching customer-facing products across web and mobile at scale
Requirements:
