NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in UHF RFID across various market verticals. This role involves developing new markets, engaging customers to build a design-win pipeline, and driving adoption of the UCODE portfolio while measuring success through pipeline creation and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the go-to-market strategy for target verticals
- Win sockets in end user pilots and at lighthouse projects
- Expand our share at inlay customers, converters and end users
- Build relationships and partner with other value chain players (tag manufacturers, reader OEMs, systems integrators) to win projects
- Capture voice-of-customer to inform product line about market requirements. Translate customer needs into solution requirements, influencing product roadmap
- Deliver on Design win targets

Requirements:
- BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in wireless radio frequency technologies, in areas of either product management, marketing or commercial roles
- Problem solving mindset, hands-on attitude combined with analytical skills
- Ability to influence and cooperate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building within the eco-system
- Ability to listen and learn from customers and eco-system partners
- Readiness to travel (domestic)
