Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company has an exciting remote contract opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to support a high-impact Talent Acquisition technology initiative. The role involves leading the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of the new platform within a defined timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end replacement and implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System
- Partner with internal stakeholders and the selected ATS vendor to define business and technical requirements
- Develop and manage the project plan, timeline, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate system configuration activities with the vendor and ensure alignment with recruiting workflows
- Oversee testing phases, including system validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide project status updates, and ensure alignment across functional teams
- Support change enablement efforts, including communication planning and end-user readiness
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to recruiters and other system users
- Ensure successful transition and adoption of the new ATS platform
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading ATS implementation projects from selection through go-live
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, workflows, and recruiting operations
- Experience working with leading ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience preferred; familiarity with other enterprise ATS tools such as SmartRecruiters or similar platforms is beneficial)
- Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting UAT coordination and structured testing efforts
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating across teams
- Background in change management, end-user communications, and training delivery is highly preferred
