Future Digital is a growth marketing partner for venture-backed health, wellness, and family brands. They are seeking a Client Lead in Growth Marketing to own and lead client strategy across paid media channels, manage teams, and build systems that scale the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead client strategy across paid media channels
- Operate as an embedded partner to clients—present in Slack, aligned on metrics, and accountable to outcomes
- Gain deep understanding of each client's business, goals, and customer journey
- Translate brand goals into paid growth strategy and tactical plans
- Manage and mentor a team of channel specialists (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), with flexibility to be hands-on when needed
- Partner with founders and marketing leads to hit acquisition and retention goals
- Optimize internal operations for performance, delivery, and profitability
- Build and refine agency processes—from onboarding to reporting to creative workflows
- Contribute to hiring and team structure decisions as we scale
- Lead the integration of AI tools into strategy, creative, and internal systems
- Collaborate across teams to drive CAC, ROAS, and LTV outcomes
- Communicate performance insights and growth recommendations clearly and proactively
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years in performance marketing with proven results across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
- Managed $50K–$500K+ monthly paid budgets
- Strong analytical chops—you can turn data into story and strategy
- Experience leading media teams toward performance goals
- Background in women's health, wellness, parenting, or CPG
- Strong project management instincts—you keep moving pieces aligned and on time
- Startup-fluent—you've navigated ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast timelines without losing the thread
- Have worked in a fractional or embedded team model
- Are exploring how AI can reshape creative, insights, and media execution
