Future Digital is a performance marketing agency focused on health, wellness, and family brands. The Growth Marketing Account Lead will own client accounts from strategy to execution, leading paid media strategies and managing client relationships to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead paid media strategy and performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Own client relationships—from weekly syncs to QBRs to strategic pivots
- Translate performance data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
- Contribute to new business—joining sales calls, leading prospect strategy sessions
- Manage and mentor team members as we scale
Requirements:
- 4+ years at a performance or growth marketing agency
- Deep paid media experience—you've built and scaled campaigns across paid social and paid search
- Sharp analytical skills—comfortable in platform dashboards, GA4, and attribution modeling
- Excellent communicator—you consolidate, synthesize, and bring solutions (not noise)
- Self-directed—you manage your own priorities, energy, and timelines without hand-holding
- Strong interpersonal instincts—clients trust you, teammates want to work with you, leadership doesn't need to manage around you
- Interested in growing—you're building toward running accounts, teams, or eventually an agency
- Experience with health, wellness, DTC, or family brands
- Retention/lifecycle exposure (Klaviyo, Attentive)
- Creative strategy or UGC production experience
