They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the US and Canada region, driving initiatives related to employee experience and guiding leaders through people decisions and organizational change.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies
- Provide guidance on organizational structure, team effectiveness, and talent planning
- Lead and support change management initiatives including reorganizations, leadership transitions, and growth initiatives
- Champion a positive employee experience aligned with Modus values and culture
- Partner with leaders to improve retention and career development opportunities, navigate complex team dynamics and organizational challenges
- Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, and team leadership
- Support the development of emerging leaders across practices
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters with a focus on fairness, consistency, and trust partnering with legal when necessary
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to leaders on policies, employee relations matters, and risk mitigation across jurisdictions
- Support the administration and communication of employee benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and clear employee guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- 8+ years of HR experience, including HR business partnering
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Expertise across various HR/People channels, including compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environments
- Clear, empathetic, and effective communicator, adept at adjusting approaches based on audience needs
- Experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently
- Experience helping global and/or highly matrixed organizations scale
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrates project management and change management experience
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
- Experience supporting leaders in a consulting, technology, or services environment
- Experience with Greenhouse and Hibob HRIS systems
- Consulting and facilitation experience
