Trinity Cyber is an innovative company transforming the cybersecurity industry with their unique technology. They are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers, primarily targeting C-level executives.
Responsibilities:
- Originate and qualify leads via personal research, cold-calling, networking, social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C level executives within targeted accounts
- Contact and qualify leads as sales opportunities from lists provided by company and vendor marketing campaigns
- Identify prospective customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Set up calls, meetings and product demos between prospective customers and Sales Account Executives
- Maintain customer information within Salesforce, providing the sales team with information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are identified
- Achieve activity metrics and sales-qualified opportunity goals
- Work with Marketing in completing multiple demand generation campaigns
- Share market feedback with Account Executives and Marketing staff
- Partner with Account Executives to prioritize activities against a strategic target account list
Requirements:
- SaaS/Tech based experience a plus; cybersecurity experience would be ideal
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales cadences, sales analytics and automation tools, and reporting software
- Requires knowledge and experience using Salesforce
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable in start-up/scale up environment
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1+ year of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
