Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions. They are seeking an energetic and agile CRM Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple CRM and email marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and campaigns deliver against performance and revenue goals
- Execute day-to-day email marketing initiatives designed to engage and convert audiences, including launching new campaigns and optimizing recurring lifecycle programs
- Oversee campaign development by coordinating with ESP partners and internal teams, managing assets, documentation, tracking parameters, and campaign setup to ensure accurate deployment and reporting
- Conduct QA and auditing of email campaigns and related digital sales flows to ensure messaging, offers, and user experience are accurate and optimized
- Act as a liaison across cross-functional teams including Creative, Brand, Legal, Digital Experience, Campaign Operations, and Analytics to support campaign development and execution
- Lead the end-to-end creative development process, from writing data-informed creative briefs to reviewing assets and providing feedback that strengthens messaging and design
- Leverage available content and messaging strategies to drive engagement and improve customer lifecycle performance
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights and optimization recommendations with stakeholders to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years of CRM or lifecycle email marketing experience focused on campaign development, execution, and performance analysis
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms; experience across other digital channels (social, mobile app, or web) is a plus
- 2+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform preferred
- Prior experience supporting subscription-based or direct-to-consumer businesses is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and multiple campaign deliverables simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- A digital-first mindset with a solid understanding of direct response marketing principles
- Ability to evaluate processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and speed to market
- Strong creative judgment with familiarity in copywriting, messaging strategy, and design best practices
- Advanced spreadsheet and documentation skills for campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other BI platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of web and email production, including URL structure, tracking parameters, redirects, and logic
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
