Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service to guests
- Schedule and deploy staff appropriately to meet customer demand and operational needs
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and hold team members accountable for meeting standards and expectations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and OSHA requirements
- Maintain the accuracy of the point of sale system, including pricing updates and menu changes
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and a sincere desire to resolve problems effectively
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training new team members to foster a high-performing team
- Drive financial performance by interpreting P&L statements and making informed operational adjustments
- Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, and employee engagement
- Participate in strategic planning to develop short-term and long-term goals for restaurant success
- Promote a culture of empowerment by providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members
Requirements:
- Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
