One Call is a company focused on providing care coordination for injured workers. The Principal Product Manager is responsible for driving multi-vertical platform strategy and leading product initiatives from ideation to launch, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product development and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts with little guidance and direction from VP of Product
- Conducts user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences; collaborates with key customers to identify emerging needs
- Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact; partner with other Product Managers to offer subject matter expertise to inform their roadmaps
- Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch
- Own the delivery of the features / initiative on the roadmap, escalating issues and blockers that arise during development, driving updates and expectations management with stakeholders and participating / leading the ceremonies as part of our product development life cycle
- Track impact / ROI by defining KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions
- Work with marketing and sales to develop launch plans that resonate with target users and drive adoption
- Oversee products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and eventual sunset if needed
- Advocate for intuitive, delightful, and accessible product experiences by partnering with user experience, conducting user research & surveys and driving rapid prototyping feedback sessions with the people using your products
- Continuously refine products based on feedback, performance data, and market trends to stay competitive
- You may also lead or partner with other Product Managers if the scope of the role and/or product area warrant it
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to synthesize customer insights, market data, and business goals into actionable product strategies
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
