Salesforce Developer

Baanyan Software Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Staff-level Salesforce Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions while managing release processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Perform configuration and customization within Salesforce, including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules
• Manage and optimize release processes using Copado, ensuring smooth and error-free deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, integrations, and performance
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning framework
• Solid understanding of Salesforce administration tasks
• Experience with Copado for deployment and release management is mandatory
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
