Salesforce Developer - Clinical Research / Healthcare

SQRL is part of one of the fastest-growing clinical research site networks in the United States, currently operating more than 30 research sites. They are seeking a Salesforce Technical Specialist / Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support operational and research initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver new Salesforce functionality
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and integrations
• Conduct system audits and support upgrades to maintain security and performance
• Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations
• Provide technical support and training to internal users across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce development or administration
• Experience with Salesforce customization tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security practices
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and system assessments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
