YPO is the global leadership community of over 38,000 extraordinary chief executives, seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing & Communications Manager to support global marketing initiatives across their 32 Business and Personal Networks. This role involves developing integrated campaigns to elevate member engagement, strengthen brand consistency, and advance network priorities while collaborating with internal stakeholders and member leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with departmental and network priorities
- Translate business initiatives into clear marketing strategies, defining audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and channel approach
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and member leaders to deliver strategic marketing partnership and support
- Provide guidance on marketing best practices and brand standards to ensure consistent, high-impact communications
- Create and manage marketing assets including email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, toolkits, and promotional materials
- Independently produce polished, visually compelling assets using Canva (or similar tools), ensuring professional and on-brand execution
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Partner with Data & Insights to translate engagement metrics into actionable recommendations that refine messaging, targeting, and overall effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while driving hands-on execution within a matrixed organization
- Proven track record managing multiple projects and stakeholders and delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in campaign development and compelling content creation
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness
- Sound judgment with a structured approach to problem-solving and solution development
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva
