ApartmentIQ is a profitable, growth-stage company focused on building industry-leading martech and data products for the rentals industry. The Staff Product Manager will develop strategic product vision, execute hands-on discovery and delivery, and work closely with various teams to bring solutions to market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to rapidly develop best-in-class products
- Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact
- Engage deeply with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose pain points
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
- Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business impact (e.g., through analytics, economics principles, and competitive analysis)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions
- Analytical and data-driven approach to identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with project management experience
