Responsible for coordination, collection and distribution of work orders/preventative maintenance tasks related to building and equipment maintenance. Dispatches work orders and contacts appropriate vendors for service when instructed by Facilities Managers. Proficient with computerized maintenance management software. Processes material orders in Lawson system. Posts/tracks purchases on purchase order log to ensure budget compliance.

- Document & Data Management
- Preventative maintenance, repairs and schedule services (installations, special projects, dept sweeps, incoming inspections) for customer accounts are documented properly on a monthly basis.
- Preventive maintenance and repair service events and parts used at assigned completion rates and within assigned timeframes are properly completed and documented monthly.
- Equipment inventory is maintained including tagging of equipment, initial inspection, additions and deletions are maintained accurately.
- Equipment Management Plan is properly implemented within given timeframes.
- Maintains an accurate computerized equipment history based upon completed work orders.

- Provides training as appropriate.
- Vendors are contacted to complete contracted PM's within the expiration date, and their performance is monitored to ensure completion per code requirements.
- Customers are communicated courteously and accurately regarding equipment status and proper operation.
