Work you’ll do
As a Manager on the Reporting & Analytics Shared Operations team, you will lead and manage projects to develop and implement new technology solutions as required to enhance the reporting platform, provide report automation and enhancements.
- You will manage and coach analysts and senior analysts to build strong teams and culture, develop new analytical capabilities by bringing innovative new technologies and partnering with the Business Partners and key stakeholders.
- Lead multiple development projects from a technical, project and team management perspective.
- Provide technical expertise and consultation during requirement gathering and design phase
- Effectively communicate advantages, disadvantages and potential risks of different platform approaches
- Leverage advanced knowledge of business processes, systems and build standards to lead effective and efficient data sourcing and solution development using technologies and a large variety of tools including but not limited to: Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Azure (ADLS, Data Factory and Databricks), Python and R.
- Responsible for project scope management and level of effort estimation; facilitates client interaction; conducts quality reviews of deliverables
- Provides consultation to the business stakeholders on technology trends and standards
- Coach staff on career development, training and goal setting

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant data analytics and visualization work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, SQL, Tablaeu, and/or Power BI
- Finance knowledge with basic knowledge of financial metrics (i.e. P&L, calculations, etc.)
- Proficient in:
- Azure technologies including but not limited to Databricks, ADF, ADLS, DAX
- Python, R, or Scala
- Project management methodology and tools
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
