Role Overview
- Serve as a key strategic partner to our Product Leadership team
- Define product metrics that drive our business
- Build an analytics function for Product Managers
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of product analysts
- Promote a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making
- Define success metrics for strategic features like ClickUp AI and ClickUp Brain
Requirements
- 6+ years in product analytics or data science
- At least 3+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing analytics teams
- Proven mastery of data storytelling
- Experience defining metrics and building a metric framework
- Strong passion for product management
- Understanding of AI/ML for predictive modeling
- Expert-level SQL skills
- Deep experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
