Account Manager, Connected TV (Post-Sale)
Media Pulse is Canada’s premium Connected TV (CTV) marketplace, representing leading streaming platforms, like Paramount+ and PlutoTV. We partner with brands and agencies to deliver high-impact, data-driven CTV campaigns that drive incremental reach, measurable performance, and long-term brand value.
As the CTV ecosystem continues to scale in Canada, we are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and client-focused Account Manager to support post-sale campaign execution and client success.
The Account Manager is a critical post-sale partner responsible for campaign execution, client communication, reporting, and optimization across Connected TV campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Ad Operations, and Clients — ensuring flawless delivery while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and drive renewal revenue. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands digital video and programmatic, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to be at the forefront of streaming innovation.
This role will report to the SVP and Managing Director, Media Pulse and is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance at our head office in Toronto for a minimum of three (3) days per week.
The anticipated total compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year (inclusive of commissions), with final compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
Campaign Execution and Management
● Own post-sale execution of CTV campaigns from IO to final report
● Translate sold proposals into actionable campaign plans
● Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure accurate trafficking, tagging, and launch timelines
● Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance
Client Communication
● Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for agency and client partners
● Provide regular campaign updates, insights, and optimization recommendations
● Lead post-campaign wrap-up reporting and performance analysis
Reporting and Insights
● Build clear, strategic campaign reports highlighting KPIs, performance metrics, and learnings
● Translate delivery data into actionable insights that support renewals and upsells
● Analyze CPMs, pacing, completion rates, reach, frequency, and audience data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Sales to identify growth opportunities within accounts
● Partner with Finance on billing accuracy and revenue tracking
● Contribute to process improvement and best practices as Media Pulse scales
Qualifications
● Minimum 3+ years experience in account management, campaign management, or client services within media, digital, programmatic, or video advertising
● Strong understanding of Connected TV, streaming, or programmatic ecosystems
● Experience working with agencies and/or brand direct clients
● Familiarity with ad servers (FreeWheel, GAM), DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk), and reporting platforms
● High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
● Advanced proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
