As a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through open market activities and driving sales of financial products. This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the bank’s digital footprint.
Conduct 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through:
Canopy and Umbrella activities
Cold calling
Referrals and open market sourcing
Drive cross-selling of financial products such as:
Life Insurance (LI)
General Insurance (GI)
Systematic Investment Plans (SIP)
Personal Loans (PL)
Fixed Deposits (FD)
Work within assigned geographical areas (mapped by pin code) to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards.
