
This would involve forecasting, business plan, leadership submission, colloborative working with markets, develop reports and dashboards for critical metrics and its enablers
Achieve overall Parts Revenue and DFS (wherever applicable) revenue as per budget / forecast for respective IMG Markets
Lead in working with all cross functional teams and IMG market teams and prepare overall revenue forecasting process, presentations and submit for review with management (Recovery actions should be captured in discussions with markets wherever applicable)
Revenue achievement / tracking for all IMG markets
Sales improvement action plan development by market
Timely tracking & reporting of IMG Market performance on all P&A sales performance attributes to management using latest tools
Understand & Analyze the gap for non-performance of markets and effectively work with them to support and improve the performance. Need in depth analysis on dealer wise and geography wise to improve the performance.
Provide competitive business charts with best practices from markets and work on implementing them across region
Maintain healthy relationship with markets and setup periodic performance review discussions
Review poor performing dealership individually with RSM and DOM's and provide inputs for improvements for respective IMG markets
VM FM : Develop VM FM plans by working with respective markets and consolidate IMG markets point of view for further insights
Use latest business analytical tools to get all desired data on P&A and effective way of representing them
Interface with all cross functional teams and ensure requisite data is driven
Coordinate key business strategy and sales analysis initiatives for business growth
Manage the development of new initiatives through the identification of all business needs & thorough analysis of suggested alternatives
Able to work independently or with relevant teams to automate the reports in the desirable format
Engineering ( Preferably Mechanical or Automobile) with FCSD operations experience
Ability to lead communications with Market & IMG central personnel.
Capacity to establish new processes and work procedures
Ownership and Team spirit, capability to engage cross function and markets to deliver results as a team
