We are seeking a talented and strategic Propositions Manager to join our HO & Support-Branch Programme Team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing compelling financial products and services, ensuring they align with the bank's vision and meet customer needs. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving business growth and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.
- Lead the development and launch of new financial products and services, ensuring they are innovative, market-relevant, and customer-centric.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Manage the proposition lifecycle, from concept to retirement, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve and adapt propositions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and clients, to gather feedback and insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the proposition development process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting proposition performance and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide a team of proposition analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record in proposition development and management.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
