Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of daily operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure they deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to uphold quality standards
- Implement strategies to increase sales, achieve financial goals, and enhance overall store performance
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and control waste to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management team members to identify areas for process improvement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing labor costs, and maintaining a productive work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the Food/Hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
