Inflektion is a company that has developed a Partnership Growth Platform aimed at facilitating partnerships that drive predictable revenue. They are seeking a Head of Partner Revenue to architect and scale a partner-driven growth system that generates measurable revenue for brands.
Responsibilities:
- Design the partner growth strategy required to scale revenue through Inflektion’s ecosystem
- Model the partner pipeline required to hit revenue targets including recruitment, activation, and performance metrics
- Translate revenue goals into clear KPIs for partner recruitment, activation, and output
- Identify, recruit, and activate high quality affiliates, creators, publishers, and strategic partners
- Build repeatable systems for sourcing and onboarding partners at scale
- Develop outreach strategies that convert high value partners into active promoters
- Ensure partners go live quickly and begin generating results
- Systematically reduce time to first promotion and time to first revenue
- Design activation playbooks that consistently produce high performing partnerships
- Build and scale Inflektion’s curated partner ecosystem into a high trust network
- Create incentives and experiences that encourage partners to promote multiple brands
- Turn the ecosystem into a competitive moat
- Use AI and automation tools to accelerate partner recruitment, research, and outreach workflows
- Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with scalable systems
- Develop repeatable processes that allow partner growth to scale efficiently across hundreds of brands
- Experiment with AI tools to improve partner discovery, messaging personalization, and partner activation
- Collaborate with the leadership team to shape activation strategy
- Partner with Product and Operations to improve automation and system infrastructure
- Represent Inflektion externally as the face of our partner ecosystem
