Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Partnership & Growth Lead to drive, develop, and maximize our strategic partnership with Google Cloud. This role is focused on creating a significant business growth engine by expanding Google Cloud solutions with existing clients, acquiring new customers, and collaborating closely with internal sales, technology, engineering teams, and Google partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Cloud Partnership Management
- Act as the main point of contact (SPOC) for Google Cloud Partner Managers, Sales, and Solution Architects.
- Develop and execute an annual partnership plan with Google Cloud, including GTM strategies, objectives, campaigns, and trainings.
- Manage partner status, ensuring KPIs are met and certifications are achieved.
2. Business Development & Sales
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify Google Cloud-based opportunities.
- Drive deals from discovery to closure in partnership with sales teams.
- Develop value propositions, use cases, and solution bundles leveraging Google Cloud.
- Expand cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Generate new sales opportunities and leads.
3. Customer Engagement
- Conduct joint meetings with strategic clients alongside Google and internal sales teams.
- Identify business needs and translate them into Google Cloud, Data, and AI solutions.
- Build success stories and case studies to expand engagement with existing clients.
4. Go-To-Market & Joint Marketing
- Lead joint GTM activities including events, webinars, campaigns, and content creation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on messaging, presentations, one-pagers, and pitches.
- Position CodeValue as a trusted Google Cloud partner.
5. Internal Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Delivery, Architecture, and AI teams.
- Connect internal technological capabilities with the Google Cloud portfolio.
- Identify gaps and drive the development of new services and capabilities.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Revenue growth from Google Cloud: by Dec 2026, at least 3M ILS from Consumption and 7M ILS from Professional Services (PS).
- Number of joint deals with Google.
- Expansion of services with existing clients.
- Acquisition of new Google Cloud-based customers.
- Achievement of Partner Program goals (Certifications, Tiers).
Requirements
Proven experience managing strategic cloud partnerships, preferably with Google Cloud.
Strong business development and sales skills, including experience in enterprise accounts.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud, data, and AI solutions.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions.
