Donorlytics is a growing technology company that uses data and AI to support mission-driven organizations. They are seeking a Sales Associate to support consultative sales conversations with nonprofit decision-makers, manage follow-ups, and ensure successful customer onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Run and support 1:1 product demos with nonprofit leaders and stakeholders
- Lead consultative conversations to understand organizational needs, challenges, and readiness
- Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through a structured sales pipeline
- Close new accounts and take responsibility for outcomes
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow defined workflows
- Share feedback from sales conversations to improve messaging, onboarding, and early success
