RevBuild Solutions is a venture-backed construction technology company looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support U.S. market expansion. The SDR will work with senior sales leadership to develop outbound strategies and generate qualified opportunities with construction companies across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect construction companies including general contractors, specialty contractors, and project owners
- Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build target account lists and map decision makers
- Engage operations, project management, and technology leaders in construction organizations
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data
- Run structured multi-touch outreach campaigns
- Test messaging and refine prospecting strategies
- Work closely with leadership to improve targeting and messaging
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in SDR / BDR / inside sales roles
- Strong outbound prospecting discipline
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls and outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized and self-directed
- Able to thrive in an early-stage startup environment
- SaaS or technology sales experience
- Experience selling into construction, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
- Familiarity with tools such as: Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
