Sr Sales Operations Associate, Uber for Business

Uber is a leading technology company that focuses on mobility and transportation solutions. They are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Associate to enable data-driven decision-making across sales, operations, and growth by building scalable reporting and delivering AI-powered insights.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards and AI-powered analytics products that track key sales and business KPIs and highlight recommended actions
• Develop, test, and operationalize ML and AI models for forecasting, Full Potential, share of wallet, and opportunity prioritization
• Analyze performance trends and customer behavior to surface proactive, actionable insights for Sales and Growth teams
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Operations to translate business questions into scalable analytics and AI solutions
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, driving adoption of data- and AI-informed decision-making
