YUNLUE is an emerging FemTech brand specializing in smart wearables. The Growth Marketing Director for North America will transform the brand narrative into a scalable growth engine, overseeing full-funnel marketing performance and driving business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Run A/B tests on copy and visuals across different female personas (e.g., stress management, sleep optimization) to identify high-converting storytelling angles
- Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives in North America, including:
- KOL/KOC partnerships
- PR campaigns
- Content marketing (video, social, blog)
- Industry events (e.g., Consumer Electronics Show)
- Product launches and GTM strategies
- Oversee paid acquisition channels including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Podcast advertising
- Dynamically allocate budgets to reduce CAC while maintaining brand premium
- Lead the 0-to-1 growth roadmap for North America, with full accountability for:
- Revenue
- Market share
- ROI
- Build a lifecycle management system using:
- Klaviyo
- SMS marketing
- Integrate:
- MD endorsements
- Clinical claims
- Establish a closed-loop analytics system that converts North American market feedback into product insights for HQ R&D teams
- Build, manage, and develop a local marketing team including specialists in:
- Performance marketing
- Content
- Brand marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams (product, supply chain, customer service) and external partners (agencies, KOLs)
- Work closely with the CEO and North America lead to:
- Develop regional marketing strategies and budgets
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights
- Evaluate competitive landscape
- Lead brand positioning and growth initiatives
- Maintain full accountability for revenue, market share, and ROI targets
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with extensive experience in the U.S. market
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following categories: FemTech, HealthTech, Premium DTC lifestyle brands
- Deep understanding of North American culture, channels, and female consumer purchasing behavior
- 7+ years of marketing experience in North America
- 3+ years managing end-to-end DTC websites
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth
- Achieving 2×+ business expansion within 1–2 years
- Optimizing marketing ROI
- Marketing for new brands
- Strong command of the North American digital ecosystem: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), SEO / SEM, Social media management
- Ability to design and implement scalable growth systems independently
- Proven ability to build brands from 0 to 1
