Business Analyst / SME - Calypso Accounting (C2C Contract)

Makonis is seeking a Business Analyst / SME - Calypso Accounting for a leading US Bank. The role involves engaging with the business team to assist with business requirements, testing, reporting, and business process redesign related to accounting processes for securities.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting background needs to be very strong – the business team will be part of the interview process, as the BA will need to engage with this team
• The resource to help assist with activities such as Business Requirements, Testing, Reporting and Business Process Redesign as it relates to Accounting processes for securities (such as FX , options , rates etc.)
• Hedge accounting module needs to be supported too
• B2B dynamic hedging
• SME also be required to configure rules, events, COAs, and exposure to a GL system

Requirements:

• Accounting background needs to be very strong
• The resource to help assist with activities such as Business Requirements, Testing, Reporting and Business Process Redesign as it relates to Accounting processes for securities (such as FX, options, rates etc.)
• Hedge accounting module needs to be supported too
• B2B dynamic hedging
